QualRisk offers a highly selective Summer Associate Program (QSAP). This program is an immersive 10-week summer work experience, targeted at undergraduate students who are interested in a career in data/analytics/AI in financial services. Summer Associates at QualRisk work on two separate engagements throughout the summer, receive training on all aspects of financial services, and participate as a full member of teams of professionals working directly with clients. We ensure that Summer Associates work closely with QualRisk’s most senior professionals at various points in their summer experience. Summer Associates often continue their professional journey with QualRisk after the QSAP’s conclusion through part-time work during the academic year. Most Summer Associates receive offers to join QualRisk full-time upon graduation. Applicants should have an outstanding academic record, a strong interest and experience in quantitative techniques and methods, and a desire to gain exposure to financial services.
